Terms of Service

By accessing Destined, you agree to these Terms of Service. These services are provided to you by Jordan Noel Ford. Our order process is conducted by our online payment processor, PayPro Global. PayPro Global is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and provides the secure infrastructure for your transactions.

To maintain a secure, high-integrity community, Destined utilizes a mandatory "Proof of Life" real-time identity assurance protocol.

• Accuracy:You agree to provide accurate imagery during the Face++ verification process. Verification failure due to the submission of fraudulent, AI-generated, or third-party imagery is a violation of these terms and is not grounds for a refund.
• Security Bypass:Any attempt to bypass security protocols, use unauthorized third-party software, or interfere with our Autonomous Security Agents will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
• Automated Mitigation:Our security agents monitor for platform abuse and botting. Detections result in automated mitigation and account restriction within milliseconds.

• Merchant of Record:All transactions are processed by PayPro Global. PayPro Global handles all customer service inquiries and returns. Charges will appear on your statement as PAYPRO*DESTINED.
• Recurring Billing:All paid subscriptions are recurring unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription or "Withdraw from Contract" at any time via the Subscription Management tab in your dashboard. Cancellation is a single-click action that immediately halts future recurring billing.
• Golden Vouchers:Golden Vouchers are limited-edition, single-use credentials. Once a voucher is consumed to initialize a profile and grant Lifetime access, the digital service is considered fully rendered and the voucher is void.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or deceptive behavior.
• Reverse-Engineering: Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the 1,250+ modular files, the proprietary API architecture, or the 2-way weighted matching algorithm.
• Using the platform for commercial solicitation or unauthorized data mining.

Destined is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While our internal security response latency is 2ms, we do not guarantee 100% uptime during global infrastructure failures, regional network instability, or unforeseen environmental events beyond our control.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the user's registered region (USA, Australia, or New Zealand) regarding consumer protection, digital service standards, and subscription transparency.
