Terms of Service

By accessing or using Destined, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

• Merchant of Record:Payments are processed securely through Paymentwall, acting as the Merchant of Record (MoR). Paymentwall is responsible for legal payment processing, global tax compliance (including US Sales Tax, AU/NZ GST), and charge management.
• Billing:Charges will appear on your statement as DESTINED, PAYMENTWALL, or an authorized descriptor.
• Agreement:Use of the service constitutes a binding agreement between you and the platform.

Destined is a high-integrity community. Access is contingent upon our verification protocol.

• Mandatory Assurance:You agree to provide accurate, real-time imagery for identity and age assurance. Submission of fraudulent, AI-generated, or third-party imagery is a material breach of these terms.
• Autonomous Security:Our Autonomous Security Agent performs real-time monitoring. Any attempt to bypass security, scrape data, or interfere with platform architecture will result in immediate termination.
• Non-Refundable Failures:Verification is a resource-intensive process. Failures resulting from fraudulent submissions or "catfishing" attempts are not grounds for a refund.

• Recurring Billing:All subscriptions are recurring by default. In compliance with international "Click-to-Cancel" standards, you may halt future billing at any time via a single-click action within your Subscription Management dashboard.
• Digital Goods (Golden Vouchers):Golden Vouchers are single-use digital credentials. Once a voucher is consumed to initialize a profile, the service is considered fully rendered, and the voucher is void and non-refundable.

The Destined platform—including its modular codebase, proprietary API architecture, and weighted matching algorithms—is the protected intellectual property of Destined.

• Restrictions:Users are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or scraping any portion of the 140,000+ line codebase or its associated databases.
• Conduct:We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or deceptive behavior. Violation results in permanent expulsion without a refund.

Destined is provided on an "as-is" basis.

• Infrastructure:While our internal systems target ultra-low latency, we do not guarantee 100% uptime during global infrastructure failures or regional network instability.
• Liability Cap:To the maximum extent permitted by law, Destined's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, Australia, or New Zealand (as applicable to the user's residence) regarding consumer protection and digital service standards.

• Arbitration:You agree that any disputes will be handled via binding arbitration in accordance with international digital service standards.
