Destined is a high-security, verified-only community. To maintain this integrity:

• Condition of Service:Biometric identity assurance is a mandatory requirement for account creation. Users who do not wish to participate in this process cannot access the platform.
• Ephemeral Processing:Facial analysis is conducted in real-time within volatile memory. Data is destroyed immediately upon result delivery (typically within milliseconds).
• Zero-Storage Guarantee:We do not create, store, or share biometric templates, "faceprints," or facial geometry. No biometric data is ever written to persistent storage.
• Verification UUID:We retain only a unique, non-biometric "Verification UUID" to prevent account duplication and platform abuse.

• Payment Processing:All transactions are handled by Paymentwall, acting as the Merchant of Record (MoR). They manage legal payment processing, global tax compliance (VAT/GST), and charge management.
• Data Security:Your sensitive financial details are processed directly by Paymentwall and are never stored on or accessible by Destined servers.
• International Transfer:You consent to the transfer of your transaction data to international servers (including the US and EU) as required for secure payment processing.
• Support:For billing inquiries or refund requests: billing@destined.co.za.

• PostGIS Encryption:Your precise coordinates are processed using PostGIS encryption at rest. Exact coordinates are never revealed to other users.
• Anonymized Display:Other users only see generalized regional data (e.g., "Greater Auckland" or "Texas") to facilitate matching cycles.

• Integrity Monitoring:Data is monitored by our Autonomous Security Agent to prevent fraud, scraping, and botting.
• Match Orchestration:Matching logic is facilitated by AI orchestration based on user-provided preferences and geographical proximity.
• Review Rights:If our autonomous systems restrict your account, you have the right to request a manual human review at legal@destined.co.za.

• Strict Age Limit:Destined is exclusively for individuals aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If identity assurance detects an applicant under the legal age, all data is purged and the application is rejected.

• Access & Portability:You have the right to access, correct, or request your personal data in a machine-readable format.
• Account Deletion:Upon using the "Delete Account" function, all profile data and encrypted geography coordinates are purged from active databases within 24 hours.
• Tax Retention:Anonymized transaction records may be retained as required by international tax and anti-money laundering regulations.
