• Purpose:Facial analysis is used exclusively for one-time identity and age assurance to maintain the integrity of the Destined community.
• Transient Processing:Raw facial images are processed ephemerally in real-time via a specialized third-party service provider. This provider is contractually bound to the transient processing standards defined herein.
• No Storage:Biometric data is never stored and is destroyed immediately once the verification result is achieved. Destined does not create, store, or share biometric templates or "faceprints."
• Verification ID:We retain only a unique, non-biometric "Verification ID" to prevent account duplication and platform abuse.

• Destined:Acts as the primary controller for your profile data and authorized platform interactions.
• PayPro Global:Our order process is conducted by our online payment processor, PayPro Global. PayPro Global is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. We use precise geographical coordinates (via PostGIS architecture) to facilitate our regional connection logic.

• Anonymization:Your exact coordinates are encrypted at rest and are never revealed to other users. We only display generalized regional data to facilitate matches.
• Consent:You may revoke our access to your precise location at any time via your device settings; however, this will limit the platform's ability to perform regional matching cycles.

To protect our users, your data is monitored by our Autonomous Security Agent to prevent fraudulent activity, unauthorized scraping, and botting.

• Proportionate Processing:This monitoring is strictly limited to the lawful purpose of maintaining a secure and verified environment.
• Human Review:If our autonomous security agent restricts your account, you have the right to request a manual review of the decision by contacting our legal department.

In accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (as amended 2026) and the NZ Privacy Act:

• Users are informed that automated systems are used solely for the purposes of security filtering and identity verification.
• Matching logic is facilitated by AI orchestration based on user-provided preferences to ensure the rights and safety of our community.

You have the right to access, correct, or request the erasure of your personal data.

• Account Deletion:Upon your request via the "Delete Account" function in your dashboard, all profile data and Precision Geography coordinates are purged from our active database within 24 hours.
• Retention:Please note that PayPro Global, as an Independent Controller, may retain transaction records as required by global tax and anti-money laundering laws.
