While our 2-way weighted matching algorithm is engineered for high-precision alignment, all compatibility scores, astrological insights, and "destiny" metrics are provided for entertainment and personal guidance purposes only.
Destined does not guarantee successful romantic outcomes, marriages, or specific social results. Matching is a mathematical suggestion, not a biological certainty.
Our "One Match Per Day" system relies on complex data patterns and user-provided inputs.
No algorithm can account for the full complexity of human chemistry. Compatibility scores are estimates based on 50+ vectors and should be treated as a starting point for connection, not a definitive verdict.
Astrological and celestial data points are based on traditional interpretations and are intended to provide a unique "cinematic" framework for matchmaking. They do not constitute professional, psychological, or life advice.
Destined implements industry-leading security protocols, yet user safety remains a shared responsibility.
While our biometric identity assurance and Autonomous Security Agent proactively filter for fraudulent activity, we cannot guarantee the absolute authenticity of every user or the accuracy of their self-reported profile data.
Destined is not liable for the actions, behavior, or conduct of any user, whether online or offline. Users are strictly advised to follow our Safety Protocol (meeting in public, informing third parties of plans, and securing personal financial data).
As a high-performance digital platform, Destined strives for maximum uptime but is subject to the limitations of global internet infrastructure.
We reserve the right to perform emergency maintenance to protect the integrity of our security systems without prior notice.
Destined relies on world-class CDNs and cloud infrastructure. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by regional ISP outages or global cloud provider failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law (including US, AU, and NZ consumer protections), Destined, its developers, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
In all cases, our total liability for any claim related to the service is strictly limited to the amount paid by the user for the service in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in this disclaimer seeks to exclude rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
